description Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the Park Visitor Center>/b>Caesars Head and Jones Gap State Parks comprise the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area. Primary recreational opportunity is hiking, with 50 miles of hiking trails between the two parks. The highest waterfall in South Carolina, Raven Cliff Falls(400ft high) can be found here as well as the Middle Saluda River, designated the state's first scenic river. Many scenic overlooks are also within the park. Trails range from easy to very strenuous. Trailside camping is also available. drivingDirection Jones Gap is 25 miles northwest of Greenville off US 276 and 11 miles northwest of Marietta. Driving Directions: From Greenville take Hwy 276 through Travelers Rest, Marietta and Cleveland. Approximately two miles N. of Cleveland turn right at park sign onto River Falls Road. Stay on River Falls Rd. until the name changes to Jones Gap Road. The park is six miles off Hwy. 276. Caesars Head is located on Highway 276 just 2 miles from the North Carolina state line. Scenic Highway 11 can be used to access the park from I-85 North or South. Allow approximately 1 hour to drive from Greenville, SC

importantInformation Campers must report to park ranger and register all vehicles before proceeding to campsite. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to reserve or register for a campsite. Check out time is 12:00 PM on the date the camping permit expires. Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Practice "Leave no Trace" principles at all times. No cutting of standing trees for firewood. Fires in fire rings only.
